History

    A.B.S. is a newly formed T.P.A. located in Phoenix, Arizona. The ownership group was frustrated with the current state of affairs in the T.P.A. industry. T.P.A.'s were beginning to focus their attention on internal cost control, relying heavily upon automation and technology to boast about how many claims they could process per day, while customers service and satisfaction took a back seat.

    At Advanced Benefit Solutions, the company's #1 priority is to insure customer satisfaction, both at the Employers and Employee level. Our claims analysts do not have daily claims quotas, and are available to answer employer/employee questions and follow through on each and every account. Our founder, and managing member, Dianne Weiland, brings 20 years T.P.A. industry experience, and has performed and exceeded in all aspects of the business.
